WV's Largest Yard Sale 2013
Each August thousands of people scour the site of WV’s Largest Yard Sale to fulfill their favorite summer pastime. Join us as we welcome visitors to search in hopes to find some forgotten treasure.
DATES:
WV's Largest Yard Sale will be held August 2rd & 3th in 2013!
LOCATIONS:
Lewis & Upshur counties. We're located in the central part of WV and are easily accessible by traveling I-79 and taking Exit 99.
MAPS:
WV's Largest Yard Sale Official Maps will be available the week prior to the yard sale, brought to you by our local newspapers (The Record Delta and The Weston Democrat). Local hotels will have maps available for overnight guests. More can be found at gas stations, local restaurants, or the local visitor center. Once you have the map in hand, enjoy your journey of bargain hunting! Registered yard sales will have brightly colored signs coordinated with the Official Map.
EVENING ENTERTAINMENT:
After a full day of yard sales, be sure to join Festival Friday in downtown Buckhannon, at Jaw Bone Park. Festival Friday is a weekly celebration with music, entertainment, produce sale and small town charm! Festival Friday starts at 5PM and lasts into the evening until 8PM.
